Welcome to LeaderyHub (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Site operated by LeaderyHub PTY Ltd (“LeaderyHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Site immediately.

1.2 Purpose of the Site
LeaderyHub curates and provides leadership-related content, such as resource insights, comments, and opinions. We offer free memberships at this stage, with paid membership options planned for future release.
2.1 Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 No Age Restrictions
There are currently no age restrictions for using the Site; however, users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
2.3 Geographic Reach
The Site is accessible worldwide; we do not impose geographic restrictions. However, the Site may not be appropriate or available for use in certain jurisdictions. Your use of the Site is at your own initiative and risk.
3.1 Ownership and Third-Party Content
Except where noted, all content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable files) is the exclusive property of LeaderyHub PTY Ltd, or is licensed from third-party content providers.
3.2 Curated Content & Insights
LeaderyHub sometimes provides insights, comments, or opinions on third-party resources, such as books, articles, or videos. We do not claim ownership over these third-party resources. We merely curate and provide commentary for informational purposes.
3.3 No User-Generated Content
Currently, users cannot post or upload their own content to the Site. If we enable user-generated content in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly.
4.1 Personal Accounts Only
You may create a personal account to access additional features, such as downloading PDF guides. Only individuals may register; corporate or organizational accounts are not supported at this time.
4.2 Free Membership
Our Site currently offers a free membership which grants access to downloadable leadership PDF resources, among other features.
4.3 Future Paid Membership
LeaderyHub may introduce paid membership tiers or premium products in the future. These Terms will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified of any changes or new payment obligations.
4.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are accountable for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact info@leaderyhub.com immediately.
5.1 Non-Payment Grace Period
When paid plans become available, any non-payment of subscription fees (if applicable) will result in account suspension or shutdown if unpaid for two weeks beyond your billing due date.
5.2 Refunds & Cancellations
Details about refunds, cancellations, and any applicable fees will be communicated clearly once paid memberships or paid products are introduced.
6.1 Limited License
LeaderyHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without express written permission from LeaderyHub.
6.3 Downloadable PDFs
PDF guides made available on the Site are for your individual use. You must not share, redistribute, or resell any downloadable content.
7.1 Informational Purposes Only
All content on the Site, including curated materials and commentary, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as professional advice.
7.2 “As Is” and “As Available”
We provide the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, the information, content, or materials included on the Site.
7.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
LeaderyHub does not guarantee any particular outcome or result from using our leadership resources or insights.
8.1 Extent of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeaderyHub PTY Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
8.2 Cap on Damages
If, for any reason, LeaderyHub PTY Ltd is found liable, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) U.S. dollars or the equivalent thereof, or the total amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeaderyHub PTY Ltd and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10.2 Non-Payment
Upon introduction of paid memberships, failure to pay the required fees within the specified time frame (including the two-week grace period) may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must cease use of the Site and any content obtained therefrom.
We have a separate Privacy Policy that details how we collect, handle, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have provided one) or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa, unless otherwise required by law in your place of residence.
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeaderyHub PTY Ltd regarding your use of the Site.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 Assignment
LeaderyHub may assign these Terms and its rights or delegate its obligations without restriction. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from LeaderyHub.
